CEI’s real estate portfolio consists of over 5 million square feet of commercial office space, 15,000 residential units and 300,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space. The Asset Management Group, headed by Alexandra Lee, and through Clark Services Consulting Corporation works closely with property managers, construction managers and leasing agents to create superior, appealing, safe and secure environments for each asset’s stakeholders. A large portion of the portfolio is located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area; however the Asset Management Group oversees assets across the United States.

Alexandra Lee is responsible for overseeing the strategy and performance of the company’s operating real estate portfolio. Before joining the company, Ms. Lee worked in numerous real estate capacities, primarily revitalizing the near Southeast/Buzzard Point neighborhood of Washington, DC. Ms. Lee has experience leading public-private design competitions, developing commercial and retail space in emerging neighborhoods and extensive base building and tenant fit-out construction.
